WG client YouMail recently completed two acquisitions, one of them international.
The first of these transactions was an acquisition of PhoneTag in an asset purchase that added to YouMail’s already significant US and Canadian customer base.
The second was an acquisition that took YouMail beyond North America via the purchase of all the stock of London-based competitor Thumbtel, which offers UK users popular services Another Number and HulloMail.
